Seat Leon Cupra R – Stage 2+ Remap

Seat Leon Cupra R in at NVM for some Stage 2+ mag… Upon our inspection and datalog, we found a lot of timing pull on original map. The oem runner flaps had seized in the manifold and the valves were really filthy. We fitted a runner flap delete kit and cleaned the intake valves. We also noted high intake temps as the intercooler fitted is an unbranded version that could affect end results. Mapping hardware: Autotech HPFP, 3” turboback (no boxes), Ramair K04 Intake, R8 Coilpacks, Iridium plugs, 145 bar FPRV. End results = 363bhp and 558nm!! Dyno vid in link below!

The Ramair K04 not only improves power, but looks especially good in the engine bay too!

The valves needed a good cleaning, as well as the seized flaps in the manifold!
