Seat Leon Cupra K1 Forge Motorsport Intercooler

The stock intercooler on the Seat Leon Cupra K1 is the same for the most of the MK5 range, be it petrol or diesel. This obviously is a cost saving move by VAG group.

The downsides are that when chasing power you are restricted with intake temperatures.

Forge Motorsport have come up with a great replacement that reduces intake temps on a tuned model by upto 15degrees. This in itself can increase power without further tuning.

This is vehicle is slowly being built to NVM Stage 2 plus spec so requires the intercooler but we advise and upgrade on any level of tune.
