2004 Seat Leon Cupra R with S3 8P engine swap
This 2004 MK1 Leon Cupra R has a crazy 2010 Audi S3 TFSI engine swap and as we suspected, it wasnt capable of completing a successful dyno run! The intake manifold was stripped to find RS4 injectors and carbon build up on the valves which wasnt good. The car was built with no MAF and no PWM fuel control, which meant that the RS4 injectors had no chance of running well with the K04 setup. Our first point of call was a fresh set of injectors, then to rebuild the HPFP and new camfollower and clean the intake valves build up with a runner flap delete. Mapping begins once the car is mechanically healthy!

Loads of carbon build up on the valves, not good at all.

Valves all cleaned up, one more step to being map ready!

New set of injectors to be replaced as the car originally had no chance of running well with no MAF and no PWM fuel control.
