BMW 116i – Stage 1 Remap

Tasty BMW 116i in for some more power. It shares the same hardware as its bigger brother the 120i, so the gains are fantastic! Full health check and diagnostics first, then let the tuning commense!!

Hardware: Pipercross Filters’ air filter and a custom exhaust. Dyno vid in link below!!

After we ran it stock on the dyno, it made: 136BHP and 220nm.

After custom NVM Stage 1 ECU remap: 227BHP and 298nm.

Overall gains = +91bhp and +78nm on 99 ron fuel!
