VW Golf MK5 GTI – Stage 3 ECU + DSG Remap

This VW Golf GTi Mk5 came in for Stage 3 ECU and DSG mapping with K04 converted hardware from an Audi S3. Full datalog and diagnostics showed a weak wastegate and fuel pressure hanging. We found the HPFP internals to be faulty with bad installation, so a new Autotech one with new cam follower was installed.

Tuning was setup to account for the difference in boost based on N75 pulse but vehicle will be back with a new wastegate and turbo for tweaks.

NVM Stage 3 ECU and DSG tuning: 333 Bhp and 494 Nm.
