One of the VAG group companies Audi really became noticed as producers of performance road cars in the early 80’s with their release of the legendary Audi Ur Quattro, the world’s first all-wheel drive turbo production car. This was a real game changer which went on to win numerous world rally championships and sowed the seeds for their future high performance road cars. GPF-Back System:
Our experienced technicians have developed a valved 76mm/3” GPF-back system with quad 100mm tailpipes for the Audi SQ2.
This exhaust can be optioned as either resonated (fitted with a centre silencer, which helps reduce drone and provides a more refined sound) or non-resonated (this option removes the original silencer and is louder).
Does our system retain or remove valve functionality? If optioned as valved, drivers will retain control of the car’s soundtrack via the mode select button, allowing the ECU to modulate the sound levels from the Scorpion exhaust.
Alternatively, with a non-valved system, this functionality is removed, providing a continuous exhaust tone without interruptions from the OEM valve operations.
Downpipes:
We’re offering 80mm/3.15” downpipes for those seeking superior tuning potential, both on the dyno and on the road. Scorpion’s advanced downpipe technology enables unrivalled output figures.
Choose the dual 200-cell sports catalyst for significantly improved flow over OEM or opt for unrestricted de-cats for peak gains (motorsport use only).
Exhaust Tunnel Brace:
Want to tighten your grip on the road? Scorpion’s lightweight aluminium chassis braces tick all the boxes. The single-piece manufacturing process ensures a high-strength connection under load. Braces are powder-coated black and etched with the Scorpion mark.
Our underbody bracing reduces performance loss due to chassis twist during hard braking or cornering. Enhanced body rigidity translates to a more direct feel with the road surface. (Fits both the Scorpion and OEM pipework.)
Valve Delete Module:
Ensure no CEL (check engine light), no fault codes, and full functionality of all drive modes when fitting a non-valved exhaust system with our valve delete modules. They work with any non-valved exhaust, not just Scorpion systems!
Easy to fit! Plug into the OEM connector under the car and use the included cable tie to secure the OE valve harness away from the exhaust. The fully waterproof design allows for a simple fit-and-forget installation with no mapping required.
Note: If you have existing fault codes from disconnected valve motors, use an OBDII reader to clear these codes before installation.
Fully Interchangeable:
Scorpion’s interchangeable program allows for flexible upgrades. As you progress through different tuning stages, your exhaust can be modified to meet your evolving needs. Check the individual product’s technical data for fitment information, as fitment may vary between products.
