Mini Cooper S F56 – Stage 1 Remap with Intercooler

This Mini Cooper S F56 came in for a Stage 1 Remap session along with a Forge Motorsport Front Mount Intercooler, whilst already equipped with a Forge Induction Kit.

Time for more power with increased cooling!!

Out with the old, small and restrictive intercooler…

In with the new, bigger, better looking and much less restrictive Forge FMIC!!

The B48 engine responds really well with lower intake temps and appropriate calibration of turbo, injection and timing.

On it’s stock run, it made: 192 Bhp and 321 Nm.

After a few hours of fine dyno tuning, we managed to make: 281 Bhp and 411 Nm

Overall Gains: +89 Bhp + 90 Nm.
