NVM Bespoke Braking Program

Utilising a various range of OEM calipers from Vag, Mercedes and Porsche vehicles.

Our *Brand New* brake development program is now available for your vehicle – creating two piece braking options  and covering the ever problematic ///M and RS discs too.

We utilise prototyping printers and scanners in house so we can bring to you the most bespoke braking projects.

As an example a very unique X3/X4 system that has no options for aftermarket increase in size. We designed a brake setup utilising a Porsche 6pot monoblock caliper with OEM mounting points, centre bore and PCD. The stock single piston setup 328mm x 30mm struggles to stop the almost 2 tonne vehicle. This has been upgraded to a more capable 370mm x 34mm slotted and vented disc to cope with the added pressure of greater power/torque.

The New setup although being larger in every way still weights 18.2Kg matching the OEM smaller setup. Thus no increase in unsprung mass.
