BMW 420D – Stage 1 Remap

This BMW 420D came into us for a Stage 1 Remap. The 190 Bhp models never make the stock power due to heatsoak from turbo overspin. But with correct limits and targets we make a nice gain.

On it’s stock run it made: 174 Bhp and 382 Nm.

After a couple hours of fine dyno tuning, we managed to push: 219 Bhp and 422 Nm.

The gains throughout the rev range is smooth and linear giving the life it needs.
