BMW 116D – Stage 1 Remap

BMW 116D in for NVM Stage 1 mapping today. The 116d is a detuned 120d from factory, and before mapping we take out a 40point diagnostics and datalog session to make sure the final output is up to scratch, meaning great gains. .

All vehicles undergo a full diagnostics and datalog session with 40 point inspection prior to mapping. This enables us to check for any historic concerns which can effect final output.

All of our diesel remaps are minimal smoke, meaning greater efficiency and a less dirty car. The importance of an accurate dyno is so that we can tune accurately and put in torque caps that reflect the final output for safety and reliability. 

After the mandatory stock run measured: 112 Bhp and 260 Nm . .

NVM Stage 1: 181 Bhp and 387 Nm

Meaning the overall gains: +69 Bhp +127 Nm. Fantastic results!
