The 2.0 Tfsi found in the AUDI S3 8P is a tuning dream. With the K04-064 Turbocharger the tuning abilities can make this everyday hatch into a monster.
Making 265 Bhp and 350 Nm in stock form it really is no slouch. The calibration is very safe and runs really well with 98 octane fuel. After months of R&D when the TFsi engine was released we knew there was scope for power to be made.
The Bosch Med9.1 ECU is very complex in its structure but a dream to work with when exploiting its abilities.
The NVM Stage 1 requires no hardware change and takes power up to 300bhp and 420nm easily enough. Prior to tuning we carry out a full datalog, diagnostics and health check.
The TFSi engine do suffer from a few common concerns like a bad coilpack, split pcv valve and broken diverter valve. So its imperitive it gets a full check prior to mapping.
