Audi TT – Stage 2 + Scorpion Exhaust

Audi TT 2.0 TFSI in for NVM Stage 2. It’s TFSI engine is one we have been working on since release. A great heart beat that is shared across the complete VAG platform. This one features the BWA engine with the ever pokey K03 turbo. First thing that needs addressing is the exhaust system. Ready for mapping! Dyno vid in link below!!

Hardware: Scorpion Exhausts 3” Turbo back exhaust, NeuSpeed intake, NGK Spark Iridium plugs, Go Fast Bits DV+, Autotech HPFP and stock intercooler.

We swapped the stock diffuser for the 3.2 V6 version and fitted Scorpion Exhausts’ turbo back system, which flows really well and completely transforms the rear end of this TT.

Now with a much more aggressive look, bigger tips and better sound courtesy of Scorpion, its time for mapping!

Stock power: 195BHP and 330nm. NVM Custom Stage 2: 273bhp and 484nm.

Overall gains = +78bhp and +153nm. NVM Stage 2 DSG map: Increase torque limit, higher clamp load, shift pattern optimised 30%, quicker shifts and 4200rpm launch.
