Seat Leon Cupra 280 NVM Stage 2 with Overrun FLAMES!
The Seat Leon Cupra 280 is a very familiar vehicle to us. When released, we developed our tuning package based on this model. It shares many components with other VAG family vehicles like the S3 8v and MK7 Golf R.

Part of this development included development with our core suppliers. Having our own Demo Cupra 280 with almost 460 Bhp help us achieve a software package to suit everyone.
The Scorpion downpipe is a work of art and is a UNIFORM 76mm (3″) to allow maximum flow and reduce heat in the engine bay.

The Remus Catback system is an ideal upgrade to the stock system and allows for a bit more power in stock software thanks to its great flow and symphonic sound.

The Ramair intake is designed with maximum intake flow in mind. It incorporates a large bore silicone intake and huge touring car style air filter. It has shielding to reduce hot air intake too.

The benefits of all these bolt ons are apparent but only really comes to light when tuning on the dyno. With Stock ECU software this car made a healthy 302 Bhp

We set on adding boost and fuel gradually to get to a figure we know is safe and true. The only restriction we had on the day was the charge temps, but this can be easily dealt with via a FMIC upgrade.
The DSG box needs mapping aswell to cope with the increased in torque and higher rev limit. We have developed a DSG calibration specific to the Cupra to work hand in hand with the Electronic differential and optimised shift points.
